Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Rock Renos Plus website or requesting services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a service request.
Scope of Services
Rock Renos Plus provides residential renovation, maintenance, and emergency repair services in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. All timelines, estimates, and deliverables are subject to written confirmation in a signed proposal or work order.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project details, grant safe access to the job site, secure necessary permits when requested, and ensure invoices are paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.
Changes and Cancellations
Requested changes to scope, materials, or timelines must be approved in writing. Cancellation fees may apply for late notice, custom material orders, or work already completed.
Limited Warranty
Rock Renos Plus warrants workmanship for 12 months from substantial completion unless otherwise stated. Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, third-party alterations, and issues caused by pre-existing structural conditions.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Rock Renos Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
